3. June Announcement From the Pulpwood Newsletter Editor Paul Roberson

Hello Pulpwood Queens!

For those of you that do not know me, my name is Paul Roberson and I am the editor for the Pulpwood newsletter you read every month.

I have an announcement I want to share with the book club.

Last year I launched a small publishing company that focuses on audiobooks called Multiverse Discovery.

It is a small startup I founded because I believe that there is a big opportunity in the world of book publishing, and I wanted to take my shot at building a publishing company.

The opportunity I am addressing is the already large audiobook market that is growing leaps and bounds.

Basically, the overall audiobook market is projected to grow 5x from 2023 to 2031.

We are writing our own books and we are producing Full Cast Audiobooks (Audio Dramas) for the books we are writing.

We partnered with a world class producer from the UK who I believe is creating an incredible product for us.

Her name is Andrea Giordani, and she is a Voice Actor, Voice Director, Sound Engineer and Music Composer.

Right now, we are in post-production for our first novel “The Other Side” and we are releasing the chapters as we finish them.

I would love to get some Testimonials about the story and the quality of the audiobook, so right now we are giving the audiobook away for Free in exchange for those testimonials.

Side note: I hope to share with you interested authors the marketing plan I am implementing for the publishing company in future months. I first want to get some results from my campaigns before I share what is working and what is not.

News just came out that Amazon’s Audible and Pottermore Publishing are producing a Full Cast Audiobook Series for the Harry Potter Books.

They are producing the audiobooks in the same format we are producing them as full fledged audio dramas.

I believe this will only explode the audio book market even more and raise the bar for the quality of fictional audiobooks going forward.

Effective immediately for all our scheduled Online Book Club, Book & Film Club, and Writer Club events. We will be doing LIVE simultaneous Facetimes for the general public to watch on Facebook..
